Understand Commissions, Reward Points, and Membership

Eligible hotel bookings can generate commission and reward points after the guest completes the stay and the hotel confirms payment and eligibility. Commissionable bookings Not every booking earns commission. Eligibility can depend on: - Hotel group and property. - Destination or region. - Selected rate plan. - Contract terms. - Temporary promotions. - Whether the guest completed the stay. - Whether the hotel paid commission. The portal may identify a rate as commissionable or non-commissionable. Treat the displayed rate information as the best available guidance, not a guarantee that commission has already been earned. Reward points The portal may convert eligible commission activity into reward points. Your reward balance can include different states, such as pending, confirmed, processing, or paid. Personal membership tiers The personal membership program may include: | Tier | Reward rate | | -------- | ----------- | | Silver | 70% | | Gold | 75% | | Platinum | 80% | | Diamond | 85% | | Elite | 90% | Your Membership page is the authoritative source for your current tier, progress, and reward rate. Agency membership tiers Agency workspaces may use a separate tier system: | Tier | Reward rate | | ----------------- | ----------- | | Select Partner | 70% | | Signature Partner | 75% | | Prestige Partner | 80% | | Premier Partner | 85% | | Executive | 90% | Personal and agency tier progress are separate. How a booking becomes payable A typical sequence is: 1. The reservation is confirmed. 2. The guest completes the stay. 3. The hotel or commission processor validates the stay. 4. The commission is confirmed. 5. Reward points become available according to program rules. 6. An approved withdrawal is paid. This process can take time after check-out. Why the expected reward changed The final amount can differ because of: - A changed stay price. - Partial cancellation. - Early departure or no-show. - Non-commissionable taxes or fees. - Hotel adjustment. - Currency conversion. - Rate ineligibility. - Membership tier at the applicable time. View your activity Use: - Dashboard for a summary. - Orders for booking-level information. - Membership for tier progress. - Commission Payout for available balance, processing amounts, payout method, and history. Important restriction Do not promise a fixed commission amount to a client or supplier before the stay is completed and the reward is confirmed.
