Sign In, Sign Out, and Manage Account Security

FreeTravel uses a secure hosted sign-in service. Your password is entered on the authentication page rather than directly inside the Agent Portal. Sign in 1. Go to https://agent.freetravel.me. 2. Select Sign in if prompted. 3. Complete the secure sign-in process. 4. After successful authentication, you will be returned to the portal. If you opened a protected page before signing in, the portal normally returns you to that page after authentication. Sign out 1. Open the user menu in the upper-right corner. 2. Select Sign out. 3. Wait for the authentication service to complete the sign-out process. On a shared computer, close the browser after signing out. Change your password or security settings 1. Open the user menu. 2. Select Account Security Center. 3. Follow the instructions to change your password or manage any available security features. Security center: https://auth.tripo.cc/account/security What to do when your session expires A session may expire because of inactivity, a security change, a revoked login, or a sign-out from another location. If you see Your session expired: 1. Select Sign in again. 2. Complete the secure sign-in process. 3. Return to the page you were using. Do not repeatedly refresh a booking confirmation screen. First check Orders to determine whether the reservation was created. Protect your account - Use a unique password that you do not use on other services. - Do not share login credentials with coworkers. Invite them as agency members instead. - Review the booking workspace before confirming a reservation. - Sign out when using a public or shared device. - Verify unexpected invitations before accepting them. - Never send full payment card details through chat or email. I cannot sign in Try these steps: 1. Confirm that you are using the email address associated with your account. 2. Open the portal in a private or incognito window. 3. Disable browser extensions that block cookies or redirects. 4. Allow cookies for the portal and authentication pages. 5. Clear site data for the portal and try again. 6. Use the password recovery option on the authentication page. If the problem continues, record the time, browser, and exact error message before contacting support.

🏨 Book Hotels

Book a Hotel

Complete a hotel reservation only after confirming the selected room, rate, guest details, and cancellation terms. Before you begin Confirm: - The correct personal or agency workspace is active. - Check-in and check-out dates are correct. - Guest and room counts are correct. - The room and bed type meet the client's needs. - The selected rate includes the expected meals and benefits. - The cancellation policy is acceptable. - The payment method is authorized. Select a room and rate 1. Open a hotel from the search results. 2. Review the hotel details and location. 3. Compare the available room types and rate plans. 4. Select Reserve for the required rate. Enter guest details For each room, enter the guest name exactly as it should appear on the reservation. Add the contact email and international phone number requested by the form. When available, select a saved frequent guest to fill in the guest's details and hotel loyalty membership. Add a loyalty number Enter the loyalty number for the hotel group when the rate is eligible. Confirm that the loyalty account belongs to the staying guest. A loyalty number does not guarantee points, elite-night credit, or elite benefits. Eligibility is controlled by the hotel and rate plan. Choose a payment method Select an authorized saved card or enter a new card. The card may be used for guarantee, payment, deposit, or cancellation charges according to the rate terms. Add special requests Use the special-request field for items such as: - Estimated arrival time. - Connecting or adjoining rooms. - High floor or quiet room. - Crib or rollaway request. - Accessibility-related request. Special requests are sent to the hotel but are not guaranteed unless the selected room or rate specifically confirms them. Review the booking Before selecting the final confirmation button, verify: - Hotel name and address. - Dates and number of nights. - Number of rooms and guests. - Guest names. - Room and bed type. - Included benefits. - Cancellation deadline and fees. - Total price and currency. - Payment timing. - Workspace ownership. After confirmation Save the: - FreeTravel or TripO order number. - Hotel confirmation number. - Cancellation policy. - Final price and currency. The booking should appear in Orders. For many connected hotels, the reservation may also appear in the guest's hotel account or the hotel group's website or app. Do not submit twice If the page freezes or the confirmation screen does not appear, check Orders before trying again. Submitting the same booking twice may create duplicate reservations.

Understand Rooms, Rates, Taxes, Policies, and Benefits

A hotel may offer many room and rate combinations. Review the complete rate plan rather than choosing only the lowest displayed price. Room information Check: - Room name and category. - Bed type and number of beds. - Maximum occupancy. - Smoking or non-smoking designation. - Accessible-room information. - Room size or view, when provided. Hotel room names can vary by source. If a specific bed type is essential, review the written description and add a special request. A special request is not guaranteed unless the room type itself confirms it. Price information Review both: - Price per night. - Total price for the full stay. The total may include taxes and fees, but always review the final summary. Resort fees, local taxes, deposits, incidentals, or other hotel-collected charges may be payable at the property. Meal plans A rate may be: - Room only. - Breakfast included. - Breakfast available as a preferred benefit. - Another meal plan specified in the rate description. Confirm how many guests receive breakfast. “Breakfast included” may not always cover every person in a multi-guest room. Cancellation policy Read the cancellation policy for each room before booking. Important details include: - Free-cancellation deadline. - Hotel local time used for the deadline. - Cancellation fee after the deadline. - Whether the rate is non-refundable. - Whether the full stay or only certain nights may be charged. For multi-room bookings, different rooms can have different policies. Payment timing A rate may require: - Payment at the hotel. - A card guarantee. - Advance payment. - A deposit before arrival. Follow the exact payment wording in the selected rate. Loyalty eligibility Some rates may qualify for hotel loyalty points, elite-night credit, and elite recognition. Others may not. Review any loyalty or participation notice shown on the hotel or rate page. Preferred and VIP benefits Eligible rates may include benefits such as: - Daily breakfast. - Hotel credit. - Complimentary Wi-Fi. - Room upgrade, subject to availability. - Early check-in, subject to availability. - Late check-out, subject to availability. - Welcome amenity. Benefits are controlled by the selected rate and hotel. Do not promise a benefit that is not shown in the rate details. Price verification Before booking, the portal verifies the selected rate. If the price, availability, or policy changed, review the updated information before continuing.

🏢 Workspaces

Switch Between Personal and Agency Workspaces

The workspace selector controls where new bookings, saved guests, and related activity are recorded. Personal workspace Use Personal when the booking and rewards should belong to your individual agent account. Your personal workspace contains your own: - Dashboard. - Bookings. - Frequent guests. - Commission and reward history. - Membership progress. Agency workspace Use an agency workspace when the booking should be recorded for the travel agency. Agency visibility and permissions depend on your role. An agency workspace may contain: - Agency performance information. - Agency bookings. - A shared frequent guest list. - A shared commission ledger. - Agency members and invitations. - Agency profile information. Switch workspaces 1. Find the workspace selector near the bottom of the left navigation. 2. Select the current workspace name. 3. Choose Personal or the required agency. 4. Confirm that the navigation and page title changed. The portal remembers your recent selection. Always verify it again before booking. Search results are separated by workspace Hotel searches may be saved separately for your personal workspace and each agency workspace. Switching workspaces can therefore show different recent searches or return you to a different search context. What happens to a booking A booking created in the personal workspace appears in your personal Orders page. A booking created while an agency workspace is active appears in the agency's Orders page. Agency owners and administrators may be able to view all agency bookings, while regular members normally see only their own bookings. Payment methods Saved cards may be available for both personal and agency bookings. A saved card is not automatically an agency-owned card. Follow your agency's payment policy and use only authorized payment methods. Frequent guests Personal guests belong to your personal list. Agency guests belong to the shared agency guest list. In an agency workspace, all members may be able to view shared guests, but editing rights can be limited to the member who created the record.

Incorrect information may cause rejection, delay, or bank-return fees. Bank account status A payout account may show a status such as: - Pending. - Approved. - Rejected. - Suspended. - Terminated. Only an approved account can normally receive a withdrawal. Set a default account When more than one account is approved, set the preferred account as default. Your bank or an intermediary bank may charge additional fees that are not controlled by FreeTravel. Processing time The portal may estimate arrival in approximately two to three business days after processing. Review and banking delays can extend the timeline. Payout history The history table may show: - Reference. - Request date. - Method. - Status. - Amount. A withdrawal is delayed Check: - Whether the bank account is approved. - Whether the withdrawal status is still pending or processing. - Whether bank holidays affect the destination country. - Whether the account name matches the bank record. - Whether the bank requested additional compliance information. Do not submit duplicate withdrawals for the same balance.
