Use Book a Hotel to search live hotel availability and rates.
Start a search
- Confirm the correct personal or agency workspace.
- Select Book a Hotel.
- Enter a destination.
- Select the check-in and check-out dates.
- Set the number of guests and rooms.
- Optionally select a hotel group or brand.
- Select a display currency or keep Hotel Currency.
- Select Search.
Choose the correct destination
The destination field can search for:
- Cities.
- Airports.
- Specific hotels.
Select a suggestion from the list rather than entering only free text. This helps the system identify the correct location.
For airport stays, select the airport result. For a known property, select the hotel result directly.
Search by hotel group or brand
Use the hotel brand filter when the client requests a particular hotel group, such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Accor, or another supported group.
Brand filtering is especially useful when:
- The guest has elite status.
- The guest wants to earn points with one program.
- Corporate policy permits only specific brands.
- You want to compare member or preferred rates within a group.
Search for multiple rooms
Set the correct number of rooms and total guests before searching. Room occupancy rules vary by property. A hotel may return different room types or rates when guest counts change.
Select a currency
Selecting a display currency helps you compare results. The converted amount is for display and may not be the final transaction currency. Review the rate's original currency and final booking total before confirmation.
Wait for live results
The portal searches live inventory and may display results progressively. You may see messages such as:
- Finding available stays
- Checking live rates
- Showing your best matches
You can begin reviewing available results while additional properties continue to load. Use Load more if it appears.
Recent searches
The portal may remember a small number of recent searches. Use Pick up where you left off to repeat a recent destination and date search, then confirm all details before booking.
No results found
Try one or more of the following:
- Remove the brand filter.
- Search the city instead of a specific hotel.
- Search the airport instead of the city, or the reverse.
- Change the dates.
- Reduce the number of rooms.
- Check whether the stay exceeds the hotel's maximum booking length.
- Search a nearby district or alternate airport.
