The FreeTravel Agent Portal is a hotel booking and agency collaboration platform for professional travel advisors and travel agencies. It uses TripO hotel inventory to help you search live availability, compare room options, create reservations, manage clients, and track eligible rewards.

## What you can do

With the portal, you can:

- Search live hotel availability in destinations around the world.
- Search by city, airport, or hotel name.
- Filter results by hotel group or brand.
- Compare room types, meal plans, cancellation policies, prices, and eligible benefits.
- Book hotels for your clients or for yourself.
- Save frequent guest profiles and hotel loyalty numbers.
- Manage upcoming, completed, and cancelled bookings.
- Track eligible commission and reward activity.
- Add a payout account and request withdrawals when available.
- Create or join an agency workspace.
- Collaborate with agency owners, administrators, and members.

## Personal and agency booking

Every user has a personal workspace. You may also belong to one or more agency workspaces.

A personal booking belongs to your individual account. An agency booking belongs to the selected agency workspace and follows that agency's visibility, role, and reward rules.

Before starting a search, check the workspace selector in the lower part of the left navigation. This prevents a booking from being placed in the wrong workspace.

## How TripO hotel bookings are different

TripO is designed to connect professional hotel inventory with a simpler booking experience. Depending on the hotel, hotel group, and selected rate, a booking may support:

- Hotel loyalty points or elite-night credit.
- Recognition of an existing hotel elite status.
- Member or preferred rates.
- Breakfast, hotel credit, room upgrades, early check-in, or late check-out.
- Free cancellation within the stated deadline.
- Agent or agency commission and reward points.

These items are not included with every rate. The hotel and rate details shown before booking are the controlling information.

## Where to find the main tools

The left navigation normally includes:

- **Dashboard** — account performance and recent bookings.
- **Book a Hotel** — hotel search and booking.
- **Orders** — booking history and booking details.
- **Frequent Guests** — saved travelers and loyalty memberships.
- **Commission Payout** — rewards, payout accounts, and withdrawals.
- **Membership** — your current reward tier and progress.
- **Settings** — profile information.
- **Payment methods** — saved cards used to guarantee or pay for bookings.

When an agency workspace is active, the navigation changes to agency-specific pages such as **Overview**, **Orders**, **Frequent Guests**, **Members**, and **Settings**.

## Important booking reminder

Live hotel information can change at any time. A room may sell out, a price may change, or a cancellation deadline may pass while you are reviewing the booking. The portal verifies the selected price before final confirmation. Review any updated amount or policy before continuing.
